We accept all insurance plans and in addition, OSE is a preferred provider for:

It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits. As a courtesy, in addition to filing the claim, we will only ask you for your estimated initial responsibility on the day of treatment. Please understand that this is only an estimate based upon the information available to us.
Your insurance is a contract between your employer and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company, and not your dental office. The benefits you receive from the dental insurance company for your current insurance plan have nothing to do with you or achieving a high-quality, complete result.
Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read the policy so that you are aware of coverage and limitations of the benefits provided.
