"I was referred to OSE-Ocean State Endodontics on 1145 Reservoir Ave in Cranston,RI by my primary dental profesional. I wish it never happened, but when you are up to needing these kinds of services, you only hope you get to the right place. It was exactly what happened with me. The best possible way to describe my experience is by saying that when I was receiving my root canal work, I made considerable efforts to not to fall asleep. That comfortable I felt. They exercise a joint approach to the patient that starts with the front desk, continues with the supporting or assistance staff, and ends with the DMD that performs the treatment. I hate rudeness in people, but also fake politeness. However, I am moved by genuine and authentic people—those without a forced smile, or with enough maturity to remain silent rather than offend. Two assistants with whom I happened to interact reminded me, through the simplicity of their gestures, that human values still exist."

"I saw Dr. Gaudette and his assistant Kate today for a root canal. Going into it I was nervous since I had never had this procedure before and historically I have felt pain with fillings in that same tooth multiple times so I was worried about pain level. I let Kate and Dr. Gaudette know my concerns and they reassured me that the numbing was going to be adequate and they explained the general procedure and they walked me through every step of the process throughout the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and checked in frequently. The procedure itself was quick, and PAINLESS. Not an ounce of pain was felt. Thank you for providing excellent patient care and ensuring I had the best experience possible. I will absolutely return should I need any further endodontic care and will also be referring my friends and family if they need that care. From the front desk to Dr. Gaudette, an absolute 10/10 experience all the way through!"

"Highly recommend - I am surprised by these negative reviews. I am 70 years old and have had FOUR root canals from Dr. Morganti over the last 30 years. The most recent one was a couple weeks ago. All 4 procedures went very well, were not painful (less uncomfortable than getting a crown at the dentist's office!) and resulted in immediate relief from tooth pain. Dr. Morganti is friendly, answers my questions, shows concern for my comfort during the procedure, and seems efficient and professional. His staff (both office staff and those who assist in the procedure) are friendly and competent. I would highly recommend him."

"First root canal with Dr. Morganti with his assistant Donna, were phenomenal. I was honest with my anxiety and how I will get in my own head and she helped me throughthe procedure where I felt calm, relaxed and safe. Of course the needles are always main complaint as it’s normal to first feel the pinch but Donna’s bed side manners to put her hand on my shoulder calmed me right down to trust. Dr. Morganti’s personality was great. His calm exterior and occasionally humming helped in the process of keeping me calm and collective. Recommend this team. They answer all your questions and explain procedure in a way it makes sense especially when you’re nervous of what to expect. They genuinely care about you and how to accommodate accordingly."
"I was referred to Ocean State Endodontics by my dentist, for an unexpected root canal.They were able to take me immediately, and I saw Dr. Gaudette. From the front desk, to his assistant Kaitlyn, to Dr. Gaudette, my experience here was actually outstanding. It’s not often you feel moved this way. But Kaitlyn was extremely honest, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gaudette was truly excellent. He explained and informed me of the situation, he was honest , detail oriented, respectful and informative. This man has integrity and these days that can be hard to come by unfortunately. "I don't make reviews often, but I knew I had to make one for this place as soon as I walked out the door. Incredibly positive experience! Not only did they get me in only two days after calling about my non-emergency case, they even managed to get me in earlier that day due to someone else canceling last minute.The pre-appointment process was very quick and easy; they were able and willing to actually communicate with my dentist to get all the medical information they needed without having me re-write a bunch of info already in my record.The staff were all polite and prompt but also warm and genuine in a way that's rare to find in the medical field. I was pretty nervous going in, having never had a root canal before, but they explained every single step along the way and made an effort to make sure that I had the chance to ask questions before moving on. Most impressively, they did all that without coming off as condescending or patronizing, which I feel like you see a lot in a medical setting.A special shout out to Dr. Reynolds, though. She was wonderful! I have a visible medical condition that sometimes make people uneasy (afraid they might offend me if they address it), but Dr. Reynolds and I had a brief, frank conversation about it while the numbing agent got to work. She was compassionate and empathetic, but not in a saccharine way. She spoke to me like a person, like a friend, and it was such a lovely breath of fresh air that I nearly fell asleep in the chair for how at-ease she put me.And, of course, the procedure itself! COMPLETELY painless. I was astonished. The longest part was actually waiting for the numbing agent, and it worked like a charm. In and out, clear instructions about how to treat it in the coming days, encouragement to call if I had any questions or anything comes up.All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I only wish this place could do all my dental work. Heck, my other medical work, too! If everyone did the kind of job these wonderful professionals did in their chosen field, we'd be living in a dang eutopia!"

"Have always had a great experience here. Dr. Gaudette is always kind, caring and excellent at what he does. The only thing I really noticed was in the waiting room the music is very loud. When you have a toothache and are in pain, loud music is not comforting."

"This is the Second time i've had work done by doctor Morganti. He always explains what has to be done and why, he's very professional and very good at his job. The only pain I experienced was the first needle of novocaine, After that, he and his assistant worked on my tooth for the next 40 minutes during which I nearly dozed off twice in the chair. While getting a root canal! Granted I'm older and have had some horrible experiences in dentist offices in my lifetime, and nobody looks forward to having dental work done, but I can say that this has been one of the more pleasant experiences I've had."

"I went in for a root canal on a tooth that had been causing me immense levels of pain. I was informed that after the procedure I may experience some soreness once the anesthetic wore off.. Nope! No pain whatsoever during or post procedure. The staff, from the ladies at the front desk, to the assistant Destiny, and Brian, the professional who performed the procedure were all extremely pleasant and patient with me and all of my questions. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and they made it stress free. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes. I’d definitely recommend Ocean State Endodontics."

"WHY DID I DEAL WITH TOOTH PAIN FOR MONTHS??? After having an exceptionally sensitive and painful tooth (with a crown) for months, my dentist recommended I visit OSE. Dr Pat and Sarah were both awesome. I was in and out in no time. Pain free root canal, good conversation during, and great music! Days later I was eating pain free and chewing on both sides again.Don’t torture yourself! Get that tooth fixed!"

"Root canals are never fun, and the tooth I went in for yesterday in Middletown required 2-3 more shots to get numb. My anxiety was through the roof, but they kept me calm, talked me through everything, let me take breaks, & took such excellent care of me. Once numb, this was the smoothest root canal procedure I have ever been through. They had good tunes playing, and once PYT from Michael Jackson started, I actually forgot about my tooth for a second! Top notch staff all the way through the process - from reception, to assistant, and doctor. I am so glad I was referred to them!"

"I recommend this practice. Dr. Gaudette judiciously recommended I not yet get a root canal, despite the recommendation of my dentist. As well, he corrected work on a temporary crown which my other dentist implemented -- I did not expect him to correct my dentist's work, but I'm glad he did. The dental assistant was also professional and they operated with professionalism and finesse. It was an overall excellent experience, and I'm pleased Dr. Gaudette had the integrity to tell me to wait and see, rather than move ahead with the root canal."

"I have been putting off this root canal for over a year in severe pain every few months and finally I decided to do it and I’m so happy I got referred here. Dr. Reynolds was so sweet, the nicest dental professional I have ever met. She was so comforting like a mother I didn’t even flinch the whole time. She made sure I was in zero pain, it was NOT bad at all, I have had fillings worse then this. Her assistant was so thorough in explaining the whole process and making sure I knew what was going on, she explained the after care process great to, she was also so sweet and comforting. Thank you!I didn’t want to give one less of a star because of one person but there was a girl up front who wasn’t very inviting, she also didn’t have a mask on as if she was entitled to not wear one which I did not appreciate since I have an infant at home, but oh well. I don’t think it’s fair patients must wear masks and walk up to someone who obviously doesn’t care."
"Referred here by our family dentist for a root canal, which they specialize in. The desk staff was polite and respectful. Dr Morganti and his assistant did a great job, explaining the process. It is pretty obvious they know just what they are doing. Also, I like that they use the latest extremely low dose xray equipment as well. The root canal went fine, zero pain or issues. If I ever need more work I would call this office without hesitation."
